How long does it take to build a custom home?
Most custom homes take about 10–14 months from design to handover, depending on size, site and selections. You'll get a realistic schedule at the start and updates at every milestone.
What are the steps in your process?
We follow a clear ten-step process, from initial consultation and design through construction, interior selections, orientation and warranty. You can see the full breakdown on our process page.
How involved will I be during the build?
As involved as you'd like. You have one point of contact, regular updates and site visits, and you sign off on the key decisions along the way.
Design & customization
Can I customize the floor plans and finishes?
Completely. Every plan, elevation, finish and fixture is customizable — you work directly with our design and interior teams.
Do you provide 3D renderings?
Yes. Our architects produce detailed plans and 3D renderings so you can see your home before we break ground.
Can you build on my own lot?
Yes. If you already own land, we can design and build your custom home on it, subject to a site evaluation.
Pricing
How much does a custom home cost?
Pricing depends on the lot, size and finishes. Our home models start from around $789,000 (pre-GST), and we provide a transparent budget at your consultation.
What's included in the price?
Each quote is tailored to your home. We're upfront about what's included and itemize selections and allowances, so there are no surprises later.
Land & communities
Do you help with finding land or a lot?
Yes. Real estate and lot sourcing are in-house, so we can guide site selection, evaluation and purchase as part of one process.
Which communities do you build in?
Calgary, Chestermere and the surrounding areas, including master-planned communities like Waterford Estates.
Warranty & after-sale
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Every home is covered by comprehensive new-home warranty, plus our own after-sale service and ongoing support.
What happens after I move in?
We don't disappear at handover. Our team provides ongoing warranty support and stays available for questions long after you've moved in.
